Nursery (ages 1-3)
The strong family ethos that runs through our school extends to our nursery where we provide a happy and nurturing environment for our children. We offer a spacious, enriching and inclusive environment within the grounds of Maldon Court Preparatory School in an independent building, whilst still remaining very much part of the school community.
Our bright and cheerful, independent School Nursery is always buzzing with purposeful activity, as the youngest children discover that learning is fun and school is a happy place to be. Our Nursery is about providing the youngest members of our school with an early education, we provide so much more than childcare.
The Nursery provides a safe and nurturing environment in which the children can explore and learn through play. Messy play, quiet corners, role play, dressing up, puzzles and games stimulate imagination and co-ordination as the children learn new skills and start to form long-lasting friendships.
Here at Maldon Court Nursery we are committed to putting children first. The ethos of the school begins in the Foundation Stage and is carried on throughout to Form 6 when our children leave as confident lifelong learners. Their welfare and education is of paramount importance to us and we firmly believe that education starts from birth; 80% of a child’s brain has developed by the age of four so the Early Years are vitally important.
