On Wednesday, Form’s 1 and 2 took part in an Inter-house 3 Tee’s Cricket Tournament at the all-weather pitch. This was their very first visit down to the all-weather pitch and all children showed excellent behaviour and cricket skills throughout the lesson. KS1 loved using all the space and were excited for their parents to watch their fantastic fielding and batting skills. All children worked incredibly hard and did not stop trying, even through the constant drizzle. The end scores were very close, however, New Zealand (Team 2) continued to secure many runs and finished in first place – congratulations New Zealand (Team 2)! A big well done to all of KS1 children for taking part in their very first cricket tournament.
